How I think
I like understanding complicated systems made up of people. I've worked at places like Amazon, Virgin Pulse, and early-stage startups in both manager and IC roles. I've learned that titles describe where I happened to sit, not how I think.
The most interesting challenges rarely fit into neat boxes or standard career tracks. I'm drawn to messy problems where my impact might mean mapping a UX strategy, defining an AI interaction model, or building operations for a growing design team. It's this adaptable path that makes me an effective design leader.
Outside of product work, I founded Aerial Books because reading and writing are another way for me to understand people. That curiosity shapes not only how I write, but how I approach every problem worth solving.
